About Us

Our Mission

Teachers Council was founded as a teacher staffing company, and has since grown to provide a variety of services for teachers and schools alike. Our mission is to improve the quality of education in the US and internationally by providing staffing and immigration services.

We search the world for talented teachers dedicated to educational excellence. Teachers in our program are exceptional, highly motivated, and experienced professionals who are eager to bring their instructional talents, skills and cultures into our U.S. classrooms. TC also provides immigration assistance, such as EB-3 (Green Card) services, to qualified international teachers so that they can remain in the US and continue to excel.

However, it is not just enough to provide US students with international teachers. US teachers should also have appropriate experiences to broaden their horizons and perspectives on education. Our mission is also to provide exchange programs for American teachers to travel to countries such as Korea and China in order to gain a better understanding of their methods and the diverse needs of students. American teachers who return to the US with these experiences will excel in their careers, as they are able to apply new techniques and knowledge in their field.

Our Philosophy

The world is rapidly becoming more interconnected through globalization. Children of today cannot afford to miss opportunities to interact with foreign cultures or they will fall behind in the future. International teachers provide this all-important connection by bringing their unique perspectives, cultures, and attitudes into the classroom. Teachers Council is devoted to facilitating this exchange of ideas as part of our mission statement: Educational Leadership in America .
