H-1B Services

Teachers Council will be pleased to provide you with H-1B services at the lowest cost available in the US ! Our services include:

• H-1B Extensions
• H-1B Change of Employer Applications
• Change of Status
• New H-1B applications for international staff with a valid job offer

A separate application is required for the H-4 visa or H-4 extension(s) of your dependent family members. Your dependents will not automatically obtain an extension based on your H-1B extension. TC can also provide complete assistance for your family members' application - in many cases, at no additional cost except for the government fee!

The following are required documents for the H-1B application:

• A valid job offer from your employer (It must qualify for the H-1B; please send a copy of your offer to us for review before proceeding)
• Supporting academic documents, including all degrees, transcripts, and certifications
• Transcript evaluation from an approved company
• Supporting legal status documents: I-94, visa, passport, etc.
• For H-1B extensions / change of employer applications: Submit copies of at least 3 of your recent paychecks
